We have a pretty okay clearance section but honestly we’ve tried really hard to get out of that model. HockeyMonkey has a loooot more of that stuff because they live off clearance sales and junk.

 

Yea, I looked and they don't have much. I know some companies have like warehouses still filled with older stuff they eventually donate or throw out, that's why I asked.

 

Ahh yeah. We used to do that but the margin on that stuff was so bad that we've really gotten conservative with buying closeouts.

and I’m 33. The lax bro’s I grew up with were douches, and the only reason I didn’t play in college. Coaching now, these kids are so much better than what I had to deal with at their age.

We actually start practice tomorrow, so I’ll keep you posted on the douche quotient for this years crop of 9th graders

the MD/PA/VA contingent of LAX was insufferable when I played. Thankfully I think the sport has nationalized a bit, but I gotta imagine its still a ton of Eastern PA and DMV private schools dominating.

I have opinions on roughly 3 cities’ craft beer scenes (Atlanta, Asheville, Nashville) so they’d all technically be correct

When I drank I didn't care to go to breweries so I have never been to one

 

I’d def put the ones I listed over those haha. But yes. ATL and GA in general have better breweries than DMV area did.

 

Lol that’s crazy the only two “major cities” I’ve lived downtown in are Baltimore and Atlanta

YES. A dropped INT stat

 

To be fair he only attempted 37, some of those QBs in the top 10 attempted 70+ deep bombs haha. Russell Wilson’s 41/77 is definitely way more impressive / consistent than Minshew’s 20/37 and he had 6 drops compared to Minshew’s 2.

But YEAH GO MINSHEW lol. If anything it shows

1) not having a strong arm doesn’t mean you can’t throw deep, if you have good anticipation and throw early you can still stretch the defense

2) Minshew DOES have good anticipation, and this also shows he is smart about not throwing deep when he doesn’t have a good window to do it.

 

I mean Josh Allen is near the bottom so yeah strong arms can kick rocks
