I lived through the 90's and early 00's as a Bengals fan. I have authority on this even if we aren't on the ladder anymore. But it's probably just the Lions and then some combo of Jets/Dolphins/Raiders/Browns/Washington. With the final two it's less sadness and more "If you still willingly cheer for this team you deserve whatever pain god brings you."
