I know it will never go away because of greed and capitalism but the two-minute warning is one of the dumbest things in sports. Like… it serves no purpose to the game and no other sport has this stupid thing that feels like it adds 30+ minutes of real time to a game.

At the very least get rid of it at the end of the game if a team is up by 3 scores or something.
