Lawton (Fort Sill). Obviously with people coming from all sorts of locations to be stationed here it's a culture shock to deal with the first time... but then you learn your lesson quick when it (pipes burst) happen the first time. Dripping faucets, opening cabinets to let air in, keeping the house to about 70 to not overwork the furnace, and then we've run the washer/dryer every 6-8 hrs to keep those free from freezing up, too. Thankful to not have to pay utilities during times like this where we haven't been over 32 degrees since Friday, and won't get back over that until tomorrow.
