Had that happen to us one time about 13 years ago... really did not understand life in the midwest with freezing weather and pipes. Thankfully we were also living on base at the time so we paid nothing for repairs but we definitely learned and haven't had any issues like that living in OK/NC/MA and back again in OK (where it's currently 7 degrees) since. Those prices for repair are insane.
