last year the fucking AFC North had all 4 teams above .500 after week 15:

Baltimore 8-6
Cincinnati 8-6
Cleveland 7-7
Pittsburgh 7-6-1

Fields is definitely more limited a passer than Lamar, but, you'd be insane not to use him the same way the Ravens use Lamar. The threat of running makes blitzing him nearly impossible (gotta leave a spy or have the outside guys blitz cautiously), and that opens up a passing game in the 5-15yd range that is nearly unstoppable because you ALWAYS have time for those routes to open up. Especially against zone.

 

So right now I still have AFC North from last year. They got to week 11 with all 4 teams above .500:

BAL 7-3
CIN 6-4
CLE 6-5
PIT 5-4-1

Almost had it in weeks 14 and 15 but Cleveland and Pittsburgh pinballed being AT .500 but not above it simultaneously with BAL and Cincy

 

A new division emerges! Somehow, someway, the AFC West from last year had all 4 teams above .500 after week 12:

Denver 6-5
Kansas City 7-4
Las Vegas 6-5
Los Angeles 6-5

After that it’s nothing much. NFC West had 3 most of the second half of the year but only all 4 until week 2 lmao.

Fun fact - the Packers were the only team above .500 in the NFC North THE ENTIRE YEAR. The other 3 teams in their division were never better than .500 at ANY POINT in the fuckin’ season. Yeesh.
