Taven Bryan is almost a no name in the NFL at this point, I was as surprised as y’all that he got two sacks, but I mean he was drafted in round 1 cause he was stupid athletic, it’s def not out of the question that he suddenly starts playing well under a new coach in year 3-4.

I have no idea who the Jags LDE or edge rusher is. Is he good? Did you see anything that explains how he made Daryl Williams look like dogshit? Because as someone who has watched Williams every week this season, and cannot understand how BAD he has been after last year, it was nothing new.

Williams has played 4 games at RT and been absolute trash (Steelers, Dolphins X2, Jags) and 4 games at RG (WFT, Texans, Chiefs, Titans) and been serviceable at worst.

Sidebar to this is that SOMEHOW Week 1 against Pittsburgh, Cody Ford was the only guy not getting his ass handed to him on every play, and yet every game he has played since then he has been horrific

They also rotate their defense line heavily so "LDE" means pretty much nothing

anyway, Ward is a guy I’ve always liked since the draft and he bounced around as a rotational guy at Baltimore - our DC, EDIT: Joe Cullen, was his DL coach there. So now talent that’s been there dormant is really showing up cause he’s being featured for the first time in a system he’s really comfortable with.

he’s not an established name but he’s not a no name either. I considered him excellent bargain free agent value and am not surprised he was beating up on an underperforming right tackle.

Because the right side of the line was owned every single play it seemed. I expect it from Cody Ford at this point. You could line up a tackling dummy across from him and he'll get beat. Allen made some really nice plays, which is about par for the course for Dion Dawkins.

TJ Watt owned Daryl Williams week 1. Not surprising, it's TJ Watt. Other than that, he's been bad, but not THIS bad, in the other games at RT. Didn't expect it to be this much of a problem. He just didn't do ANYTHING all day. Just truly horrific. And when the guy next to you also can't block.... that's just setting #17 Josh Allen up to be moving right into the teeth of #41 Josh Allen
