Can't develop a qb in college but will develop one in the NFL

I think one factor is constantly overlooked - You can't develop a QB unless they agree to go there. People aren't gonna reject being drafted. I mean, they might, but Cleveland is still going so I assume we are safe for the time being.

Another important factor - I'm 99% not serious about hiring Miles.

Another another important factor - But if we did he currently has more NFL players, starters, and pro-bowlers than any college coach.
