i mean, this team could easily be 5-3 if the Cards don't choke and Bengals can kick a FG. 4-4 if SF runs a bit more time off the clock.

Are they a bad team? Certainly no.

Have they gotten rather fortunate to get to that 7-1 record? Absolutely yes.

 

The thing about sports is none of that matters. Theyre 7-1.
