Worst starting QB in NFL typically ends up in that team not having success but if you guys are hyped on a team with 40% of their wins against teams trying to lose do you lol

 

It’s overly simplistic to say “bad qb = bad team” so if you want to ignore 2/3 of the team playing at high to elite levels, you do you

 

I mean, y’all are winning primarily because you’re defense is insane right now and you offense has largely been closer to average and you don’t see the benefit of defense???

 

lol I don’t think anyone is “hyped” on the bills, but being 5-1 they must be doing something right, especially with a below average QB. Having a pretty elite defense is a good start in the right direction, but disregarding them as a whole because of a “sucky QB” is silly.

Elite defense + average offense = Good
Elite defense + one of the worst offensive groups in the nfl = not good

 

Rushing game doesn’t matter. Got it

 

Matters less when you can stack 10 in the box lol

 

It must not since they’re top ten in rushing in spite of Allen

Like, I’m sorry, but it’s gonna take a little more to convince me that a team that has historically:

had bad offenses
Good defenses
Experienced little success

is somehow gonna find a way to have a bad offense, a good defense, and experience success. If you’re already convinced that’s cool, I’m not.

 

Historical franchise trends are near pointless when talking about 2019 for any team.

One of my favorite takes this week is that the NFL should force the browns to fire Freddie Kitchens because he’s wasting one of their most exciting young stars haha

True, but they are basically the same team they were last year. Bottom 10 in passing/scoring while the defense is top 5 in everything.

They barely scraped by 3 teams that are a combined 1-17.

 

Mitch, Haskins/Keenum, Flacco, Mariota/Tanehill, probably Dalton. Mason and Allen too, if they count.

 

I’ll give you Mitch/Redskins combo, Flacco and Dalton. I think Tanehill is better and I don’t count mason or Allen because Ben and Cam were the plans and are better.

 

I’m still ok with the Eagles win 2 years ago so idc lol

98.5 has been calling it “coaching malpractice” which is hysterical to me. They also call him Freddie Kittens 100% of the time.
