Like I’m sorry, but does anyone think they have any shot in hell of being anything more than a wildcard team that gets bounced in the first round?

 

Like the Bills are the definition of overhyped. They win against the Jets/Dolphins/Bengals/Titans and Giants and I’m supposed to be impressed?

 

I think they’ll be the wild card team and possibly win.

That categorically means they don’t suck. Sucky teams don’t make the playoffs or have a winning record.

 

You and I define sucky teams differently.

 

Pretty sure Pate and 49ers have also had cakewalk schedules so then they’re not impressive either?

 

Well...the pats are impressive because they’re defending super bowl champs doing what they’ve done for years. There’s a little historical context added there, no?

 

2019 is all that matters right now and the Bills don’t suck. I think it’s because anything less than 12-4 or AFC Championship appearance is considered a failure for Pats fans so there’s a warped perception there

 

what does my perception of the Pats success have to do with how I evaluate the Bills?

I think bills fans should be stoked right now. But I’m never gonna be worried about them when their offense is being lead by Josh Allen and John Brown. I don’t think many AFC playoff teams should be worried about the Bills.

I mean sure, maybe suck is too strong a term when you have teams like the Dolphins and the Bengals trying to lose, but like, the bills are nothing more than a team who’s gonna lose 17-6 to me lol

 

Even if they’re the 6th ranked AFC team now in my preference, that doesn’t mean they suck. I think their elite defense puts them above one or two teams there.

And yes, coming from a winning culture and minimum level of success, to say the team with the second best record in the league, and only team to give y’all a close game so far, sucks is just privileged or however you want to call it

 

Lol you can’t be terrible at HALF of the game and be good.

 

Allen isn’t good but elite defense and pretty high above average running game, which has led to the second best record in the league, is clearly working in some capacity.

I’m not saying they’re world beaters but I think you’re letting your divisional rivalry cloud your judgment. Half the league would kill for that defense.

 

And 31 teams would laugh at the idea of starting Josh Allen lol.
