He gave me the greatest Christmas gift ever the year he had like 5 TD’s and won me my championship. Forever grateful, and happy to have him for another round this year
You know what's great about that is the specific Native American language the white people took the name from didn't even live in the area.
worst part is Foster Moreau isn’t even a bad player but damn, that’s a bad beat. Cannot believe we left him open (Rayshawn Jenkins is great moving forwards but terrible at covering anything behind him) and we dodged a BULLET there
But I like how our defense is playing generally, not surprised we melted down in the fourth quarter with Campbell and Cisco out, on a short week right after adjusting from the London games. I’m actually more pissed at our offense for not staying aggressive with that in mind. They preach about “complementary football” but it’s not complementing a tired, injured defense when you keep having short shitty drives and giving the other team chance after chance go get back into the game… cause you’re scared to use downfield concepts with a QB who keeps proving he can handle them. At least with Hackett it made SENSE he tried to protect Bortles from doing anything difficult against the Pats defense in the playoffs. We have Lawrence now, what gives? Why is he only throwing for like 180 yards in ANY game? I’m gonna say it again, Press Taylor’s offense when we are ahead in the second half reminds me a LOT of how Nathaniel Hackett lost us the AFCCG in 2017 when we were up three scores on the Patriots. And if it’s Doug too then someone needs to shake him and slap him and be like “wake up, you are coaching a better version of what you were doing in 2017 with Wentz/Foles, not a worse version of what you were doing in 2014 with Alex Smith. Please call downfield pass plays and be big-balls Doug P.”
I think I’m going to bet on the Raiders in the battle of the backups. They’ve been winning without competent qb play as is
