beating the Colts 44-17, the year they won the Super Bowl. they had Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark, Dwight Freeney, Robert Mathis, Bob Sanders, Antoine Bethea, and Gary Brackett all in their primes.

But we had MJD, and Fred Taylor, and a great run-blocking offensive line + TE… and that’s all we needed lol. 30 year old Fred Taylor had a 76 yard run - in Fred’s trademark high efficiency cutback running style, he turned 9 carries into 131 fuckin yards lol. Most RB need 25+ carries to do that. And MJD had 155 yards, and 3 TD including a kickoff return.

MJD shoulda been rookie of the year tbh. Fuck the Titans and fuck Vince Young he never looked that good in the NFL. MJD was immediately a top 10, if not top 5, scariest talent at RB in the league from the moment he stepped on the field.
