it was pretty fucking bad! If the argument is “refs are incompetent and swing the favor of games every week” I don’t think that’s acceptable either
I think ESPN would definitely report on bad officiating if it happened in a game they were not broadcasting.
it isn't - I already know that the Packers will lose a game on a terrible call (they already did this season!) and plus the Lions lone TD was the benefit of incompetent officiating
are you sure? because I mean they barely touched on the Kansas City game and the Cleveland game other than Mayfield's comments about it.
Cowboys playoff game Texans thanksgiving game Phantom face mask against the Packers TNF 2015 Golden Tate runoff game Seahawks batted ball game Calvin Johnson rule game
sure the phantom face mask but then your team gave up a fucking 62 yard Hail Mary to Richard Rodgers lol
And hell, I will almost always completely blame the team for being in those situations. But to sit there and say there isn’t a pattern of super shitty calls against the Lions is just flat out wrong
Statistically if you give the best passer of all time extra opportunities to score after stopping him the required number of times, he's gonna have the advantage from the call no matter what You can do your best to stop it but if he gets enough opportunities he'll get his eventually
I thought it was. I also am in agreement that the refs fucked you guys over big time with those calls.
It’s only been 30 minutes and the reddit post-game thread already has over 4,500 comments, not to mention the thousands of others in highlight threads of the missed calls. Damn.
Did Stafford actually say all that stuff? Cause maybe he should take responsibility for only getting nine points off the turnovers. That wasn't the refs fault
