Having to get to the airport 3 hours early is a myth i was so annoyed last weekend lol

i thought it was always 2 hours early

 

International flights make sense, but having clear/precheck realistically could go through security like an hour before if you don’t have check luggage

 

2 hours is still more time than anyone needs

 

Usually am fine getting to the airport 90-120 minutes before the flight but almost missed our flight to Denver in 2024 getting their 90 minutes early

 

2 hours leaves me with like 45 minutes to get a meal and a beer and piss and shit twice each
