I’m honestly shocked Carr is still the QB for Raiders. I’ve always been a fan of him and glad he’s been successful and came back from his broken leg but shocked that Gruden didn’t bring in or draft a QB after he came back.

 

It's because the seats are a certain amount of feet in the air and next to open air, and it triggers the safety delay. It's not the actual "danger", it's just a unique design and the NFL hasn't accounted for it in it's rules yet. I'm sure this will be looked at because it's a mess haha.
