I don’t know, I really don’t think it was the best decision. Sure he hit it in pregame but I feel like there HAS to be a different mindset when it’s game winning vs. game losing compared to warmups.

That rain was coming down hard, it would have been his career longest kick, and EVEN if he made it you’re still giving the ball back to Brady with a minute and 2 timeouts. Yeah Brady wasn’t lighting it up, but he only needed to get them to FG range and he did it literally the previous drive. We watched every snap of Brady’s career for 20 years … do you think he really would have come up short in that moment? lol

I also selfishly really just wanted to see Mac lead a winning drive haha, would have been so damn great

not being a smart ass, genuine asking but… how much of the sides are open? Like, can lightning turn sideways and get in there? I’m not understanding what the risk is. If it hits the roof can it travel down the sides and… get inside? Seems like a weird engineering mistake that should have been accounted for (granted idk how often lightning occurs in Vegas)
