Glad to see Hundley in there now. Lost 2 starters already tonight ty for at least 6 weeks and probably Adams for the year. Fuck the bears. Better suspend that shit head for at least a few games.

The number of people saying the hit on Adams was clean... man... I really hope they're saying that just to get a rise out of people. If you honest to god can't see how that's penalty / suspension worthy idek how the fuck to follow that logic

 

That hit was fucking horrid. Because he was so firmly wrapped up it didn't give any leeway. One of the worst I've ever seen. There needs to be a suspension of some sort.

I watched a clip of that hit and it just baffles me that a player thinks it's alright to do that.

 

The closest I can come to an excuse is that players lower their head to try and hit the ball and cause a fumble....but, even by that standard, Trevathan missed by a foot or two., and he was coming from the wrong angle to do so.

I think it was a dirty hit and warrants a suspension of however long deemed necessary (maybe longer), but I don't think it was an intentional dirty hit. I don't think Trevathan is automatically a dirty player for it

 

I agree. Definitely a dirty hit but I don't believe it was intentional to hit helmet to helmet like that, especially after hearing his postgame comments and I don't believe he has any history of dirty hits or anything like that.

 

ugh still get nauseous looking at that video.

 

what seems kind of baffling is that it almost looks like if Adams isn't being pulled down and / or falling, Travathan would likely have broken his teammates are and / or just complete smashed into him and not Adams. a really reckless play in a lot of ways, but doesn't make him a dirty player (unless he has a history, which i don't think he does).
