im trying to bake squash and all these recipes vary in like 40 min of baking time what the fuck

If we're talking Butternut, yeah...thats how that stuff rolls. I do mine in my Instapot when Im making soup so it takes like 10mins instead of an hour.

For yellow squash or zucchini, cook time is way less
