I still think Gus Bradley is destined to be an amazing college head coach, recruits will love him.

 

We are two games in and talking about firing a head coach for like three teams so far, gonna be a good season

 

he cares about making football fun no matter the stakes and the money involved which is an amazing mentality for college... and psychologically yeah you eliminate anxiety and nervousness and play your best when you're just having fun, but that idea only sticks in the NFL if you're not losing all the time. This year feels very different. Feels like Gus has had to change his M.O. a bit and push the players to take football very seriously instead because the results weren't happening with his traditional method. The pressure can be felt in every press conference.

 

I already know what's going to happen.

Gus Bradley is going to have decent production in the next few weeks to prolong his job but still fall to 5-11 or 6-10 and the front office will say he's had enough time and fire him.

Then Bradley will become the DC for the fucking Indianapolis Colts and somehow become a demigod and wreck all our shit for the next season before taking over for Pagano as HC. Andrew Luck will reach his final form and the Colts defense will finally be good-to-great.

Meanwhile, Houston and Jacksonville will be playing each other for the #2 seed that season, holding a halftime memorial service for Randall and I, whose bodies deteriorated from alcohol intake.

 

Gus is like a Pete Carroll who should have just stuck with defense instead of delegating that task to other people while trying to figure out offense

 

Well I mean... Pagano is gone after this season so I wonder what hc he'll be the dc for lol
