    The rivalry is back on

I still can’t believe Daniel Jones has been as good as he’s been and it can’t be explained away with “maybe Miami just stinks”

it’s stuff like this where I’m like wtf

    A couple other quick notes:
    - it’s really cool that Colts football is (at least briefly) fun to watch again
    - I’m really hoping after yesterday that Mehki Blackmon holds onto the boundary CB role opposite Mooney Ward and Xavien Howard is more of a dime package guy
    - I know Denver’s OL is very good but the lack of pass rush continues to be a bummer. Ballard deserves all the flak his way for drafting EDGE early as much as he has and still not hitting on a stud pass rusher
    - Dimes/the Colts OL handled the blitz shockingly well

Tush push discourse is so stupid because if it was this unstoppable play, every single team would be able to succeed at it, and guess what, other teams have tried it and have largely failed!

I'm stoked for the Colts being watchable again because they're the only team with affordable tickets near me.

im pro tush push but it is kind of undeniable that they could call false start every time that the play is run. the guards move like a full second before the center snaps the ball every time!

I never pay that close of attention to the actual play from an O-Line standpoint, but if they really are false starting every time they do it, I'm okay with them throwing a flag every single time which should in theory make them go back to the drawing board and figure out how to do it within the rules and you'd see less of it.

Agreed — keep the play legal but enforce false starts and offsides that result from it
