This is fair to blame on them for sure

 

The biggest downside to AR and/or Steichen’s offense after a game and a half is that, ideally, one of the pros to a run first offense with a cyborg at QB and a top 5 RB and a top 5 OL is that you can dominate time of possession and keep a guy like a CJ Stroud on the sideline. Instead, they can’t string 10 good plays together without blowing it or (rarely) scoring a TD, and are getting absolutely man-handled in TOP, which I’m sure only hurts the bad defense more

the biggest upside to that is that, if your offense is only on the field for 20 minutes per game to start the season, there’s less opportunity for your core offensive guys to get hurt. Playing the long game, clearly
