I mean, if the rumor is true, he turned down a 5yr/$250mil extension because it wasnt fully guaranteed, so yeah, he's only gonna sign a Watson-type deal

Cause they'd have to tag him at like $46mil guaranteed for 2023...and he can show up on Sunday at 12pm of Week 1 and play on that (any non-exclusive tag would see about 20 teams offer him 5/$250 fully guaranteed in a heartbeat), and then be staring down a $55+ mil tag in 2024. And then losing him despite paying him $100mil/2yrs and getting nothing for it
