I would pay good money to be in an NFL coaches head when he has to give the speech that "yeah, we're without Ryan for a little while...but Taylor Heinicke is gonna win us some ball games!"

Is the brain so broken it believes that? Is it a mantra, where they repeat it to themselves enough so that it feels true? Or is there just that hollow feeling where they know it isnt true but, they're playing Daniel Jones who also sucks so maybe they can eek out a win?
