This Steelers game is nuts.

And as far as him being passed the line of scrimmage, the announcer was wrong in that it’s not where the ball is. As long as any part of his body was behind the line of scrimmage then it’s not a penalty. I’d need to see the replays better though to see if he was or wasn’t, looked like one of his legs was still behind.
