Chargers still haven't sold out their home opener this Sunday vs the Dolphins. I hear there could be quite a few Miami fans there.

 

My buddy (Dolphins fan) is going to the game and he's meeting up with a sizable SoCal Dolphins fan club. Our region didn't have any football teams for over 20 years.

 

Four years ago I went to Northern California and Napa for my honeymoon on a Sunday morning. We flew into LAX and headed towards Monterey for our first night. Early on we stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings for food. There were a TON of Dolphins fans. Clearly I was very happy and very surprised. I think it was our game @ the Rams last year, the TV broadcast was picking up let's go Dolphins chants.

 

Dolphins have a pretty large national following, which I always thought was interesting

hell, I'm from NJ And I'm a Phins fan, so

 

Yep, I know plenty. I have no idea why but they do considering most of their lives the phins were pretty bad.

 

I'm from CT and of the guys I hang out with, most are Dolphins fans and we all were before we met each other. 4 Dolphins fans, 2 Giants fans, a Pats fan and a Jets fan. I have 2 uncles that are Dolphins fans and I had no idea of that when I became one.

 

Panthers v Bills is like a big family reunion

 

Will be at Riot Fest so I can't watch Mike Tolbert score 3 touchdowns and rush for 25 yards on us.

 

Ready to see the AFC North's #2 QB to one up on Joe Flacco.
