If they were smart they would go make Ben Johnson the highest paid OC in history to keep him out of the market for a couple years and really build this thing up

 

Yeah there was a lull between the Hasselback and Wilson years where fans stopped caring, but Seahawks pretend to forget that. My annoyance comes from someone who has lived in Oregon my entire life. Nobody gave a shit about them growing up until they went to the SB in 05. Fans came out of the woodwork since then and they are the definition of entitled front runners. As a Steeler fan I loved when we beat them that year and I could talk a ton of shit lol

I also hate them because I’ve been forced to watch the Seahawks my entire life due to regional coverage of NFL games. As someone who could give a shit less about them I missed out in so many better games and I’m still bitter haha

 

I’ve watched slightly more than a handful of games this season but watching the lions beat rodgers in what’s probably his last game as a packer was fun lol

 

Rodgers made a few bad throws, but the Jones fumble, multiple dropped passes, and defense unable to get a stop also played a big role. Replacing Rodgers with an average quarterback doesn't help you win that game.

 

I have love for the Seahawks because of my dad, but owning a 12 jersey is the dorkiest thing you can do as a sports fan.

 

Rodgers missed a ton of throws and open guys too. Love makes quick decisions with the ball and can run from pressure. He would have also played within the scheme instead of Rodgers' hero ball.

the 10 or so minutes Love played against Philadelphia was the best the offense looked all season. I know I watched every miserable game.

 

I admire what you’re doing but this is like trying to convince Jim Cornette to like The Young Bucks.

We can all hope so, but you could say that after the playoff loss last year too and probably the year before that even so I’m not going to think about his press conference tonight too much. Hell, he mentioned “free agency doesn’t start until March” or something like that so we probably have two more months before anything else is truly said but ESPN will give it a segment on every talk show starting tomorrow until we know what’s happening lol

the packers could absolutely decide theyre done with rodgers and trade him if a team is willing to cough up what it would need to for him, but i just dont see the guy who threw a fit for years about wanting to get paid just walking away and leaving $50m on the table. Not gonna happen. Jordan Love aint the future lol
