i don't think the colts need to change a whole lot with the offense for next year, overall I still think it's solid. Draft a TE, sign a solid RB to backup Taylor, and roll with another season of Richardson and hope he keeps developing.

the defense on the other hand, idk what you do but that needs a major overhaul. I'm fine keeping Ballard and Steichen but Gus Bradley and probably the rest of the defensive staff should be gone.
