I don’t really fault the play calling as much as other Colts fans do — idk what you do with a QB who is soft AF and gets injured if you run him, can’t complete a short pass if you scheme an intermediate passing game, but makes the most ridiculous throws look easy. I think it’s a Richardson problem much more than a Steichen problem. Similar sentiment for the obvious limitations in old man Joe’s game
