I honestly would really like to see Ben Johnson stay in Detroit. Everywhere that's hiring is absolutely cursed and I don't want one of the most fun coaches in football completely ruined.

It’s fine in that the dude really needs a healthy offseason that he spends cleaning up his footwork so he’s less dreadful in short-to-mid passing and jeopardizing having that so that you can play the New York Football Giants in a likely meaningless football game isnt it

it’s not fine in that it’s gotta play poorly in the locker room for him to just sit because he’s sore in the middle of what I’m sure they’re still calling a playoff push, and that this might be the end of a season so disastrous for him that, worst case, it’s defensible to clean house and try literally anything else at QB, and best case, he’s the best bad option the Colts have at QB next year and is on very thin ice
