Can you just let me assess it and have my own opinion? I do not wish to argue. Defense was great until a couple weeks ago. Offense has been disappointing the whooooooole season

In terms of performance yes but in terms of expectation no. That was our full starring defense tonight. We were down 3 receivers and two linemen on an already terrible WR/OL group with a QB who ended his last two games with an injury. One of those things sucking is at least a little more understandable.

Nah my expectation was that your offense wouldn’t suck all season and be a massive bore and it still does and is so I don’t think the expectations are worse for the offense than the defense who I didn’t expect to be good or exciting cuz y’all didn’t build it that well anyway

 

I can much easier stomach the idea of “the defense didn’t make any adjustments when we got figured out”

than, “all the problems I had with our offense starting in week 2 are still here, but even worse in week 16”

 

Yeah I had much higher expectations for the Jags offense this season and it’s looked questionable, at best, since week two

 

At best.

 

I can relate

 

Both are bad but only one is playing as intended.

 

Like, “our offense is only good when teams let us run it 100 yards UP THE MIDDLE with ETIENNE”

seems bad!!!
