So yeah no matter how we finish the season, if I was GM, Press is gone in my mind, and if Mike Caldwell can’t give me a fucking answer as to how he plans to move on from a man coverage & blitz heavy defense that clearly got exposed, he’s gone too

and at this point if Doug says “either we keep Press or I’m gone” I’m saying well at least you already dug your grave for me

 

Always curious when coaches come on the field for an injury. Like, they don’t do it for every player so it could certainly be interpreted as seeing who they like and who they don’t really give a shit about lol

 

Going from 8-3 to 8-7 with the last two losses being blowouts. Fuckin patheeeetic

 

Doug is also no longer allowed any draft pick decisions before day 3

All of these things just point to firing Doug.

 

Is the broadcast super choppy for anyone else? Wondering if it’s just where I’m watching the game as I never really have issues anywhere else but I’m in the middle of nowhere and it gets choppy for about two seconds every 15-20 seconds and is annoying as shit and we only have it on as background noise

Our issue on defense is simpler than our issue on offense imo - we’re being WAY too aggressive, which especially backfired with an injured secondary and a bad IDL - and that’s why I give Mike Caldwell a chance to change his scheme up to better fit our strengths

Press though, he’s doing a lot of things wrong IN MY OPINION don’t want to argue about it
