They usually announce it Monday; though if that game is two 12-3 teams playing for the division and possibly the #1 seed in the NFC, its hard to imagine it not being the pick.

Im betting PIT/BAL and HOU/TEN become the 4:25 games, as the winners of those two determine who gets a playoff spot (regardless of if PIT loss to NYJ). The NFC East probably becomes the feature games for the 1pm games.
