I just downloaded a couple episodes of Inside the Birds. I don’t listen to it anymore because I think Adam Caplan is a try hard, but he works with some other people who host their own episode son the feed so I have one of Greg Cosell breaking down film from the Cowboys game and another of Derrick Gunn sharing his thoughts on what’s going on with the team inside the locker room. Gunn used to work on the Eagles beat and is held in high regard when it comes to Eagles coverage
