what are they learning in interview 5 that they didn't know in interview 3

 

Yeah I just went through a 5 interview process and it was awful but by the end of it I had begun to dislike the place so much I turned it down. So maybe dodged a bullet there.

 

I would guess it’s something like:

Interview 1: Is this an actual person and not a clown show

Interview 2: Can this person contribute on my team and work with me

interview 3: Does this personal have the technical know-how

interview 4: Problem solving skills

Interview 5: Culture fit and final sign off from leadership

that’s at least how it’s trended so far and would be my guess for the rest

 

Daves gonna get all the way to the culture fit and start telling people hes sleepy
