They're #2 in Pass DVOA, but did lose Jimmy so that's fair. I'm not disagreeing that Kizer has been bad, and his decision-making has certainly not improved, but I do think that has a lot to do with the coaching and a very difficult situation. Browns will almost certainly draft a QB #1, and they probably should, but I hope they do cut/trade Kizer and goes to Pitt or something.
