Champ Bailey and Asante Samuels had 10 each in 2006. And there were 4 dudes with 9 in 2009. Ty Law had 10 in 2005 for NYJ.

With how the DPI rules have changed, I think anyone getting to 10 is truly epic...nobody has broken 10 since 1981.
