Packers can get away with this poor defense against a team like Detroit or Philadelphia or Chicago but when they play an actual good team they'll get their asses kicked. So that's why I don't have any faith in this team and that's why they're wasting yet another good Rodgers year
Packers will still make this a close game because they take plays off and their defense is fucking shit
so what we barely beat Detroit - we will still get boatraced in the postseason like usual and I'm tired of that.
There is no team in the nfc that I would favor over the packers. All the top nfc teams are good but flawed and the packers have probably been the most consistent. They beat the Saints. The Bucs have been exposed.
The Packers are up by two touchdowns and haven’t trailed since the first quarter, I wouldn’t call that “barely” beating a team that actually has talent, as much as Matt Patricia tried to hide it
You say this like if the Lions score this drive, then Rodgers, Adams, and Jones don’t get the ball back against a defense put together by Matt Patricia
Fun story, last time the Packers made the playoffs and did not ALSO win a game was 2013. 2014, 2016, and 2019 NFC Conference finalists. Im a fan of a team that lost first round playoff games to Tim Tebow, Joe Flacco, Blake Bortles...and should have lost to AJ McCarron but for Vontaze Burfict being a massive idiot...so, I know about playoff underperformance
We all experience different failures 2014 was the Seattle onside kick 2016 lost by 500 to Atlanta 2019 got blown by a team whose QB attempted 8 passes
I’m not looking for sympathy I know the packers are spoiled I’m more of the upset type that this franchise wasted two generational QBs with poor coaching and terrible front office moves
