The Thursday night and Monday night games cant change because you'd be changing the day of a ticket. Moving from an expected Sunday game to Thursday in a week would be insane. Whereas a 1pm Sunday game can get moved to SNF at 8:30pm (or 4:25 and become the national game on Fox/CBS).

The TNF and MNF schedules are basically locked once announced. And I think its in Week 4 or 5 where SNF has the ability to change out their games for the rest of the year
