What I think makes the Colts adequate to good: - good OL - a couple elite defensive players at scheme important positions (Buckner, Franklin) - among the best in the league in giving young players space to play and improve - good vibes (underrated important thing/biggest change year over year)
They're good in the exact right places outside of QB and I agree, the culture plays a HUGE part. They're average, I don't mean to say like oh they're bottom ten they suck.
their deep is a weird deep. It looks pretty bare on paper, but they’ve weathered losing their starting QB, RB, TE, C, LT/RT, NT, Shaq Leonard, and 3 deep at boundary CBs with overall pretty solid results everywhere but NT and one of the boundary spots (which has since improved a lot) from day 3 guys/UDFAs/Zack Moss’s contract dump
Eagles offense just continue their trend of playing like dogshit for three quarters and hoping the opposing team just bails them out
