Watching it a few times, I think its the camera angle that makes it look that way. O-lineman pushes him upfield and he's like 2-3ft left of Burrow while stumbling (but it looks like he's close because of the angle), and by the time he catches his balance and takes the 2 steps he needs, ball is gone

This Colts offense is so lifeless. Any other team could easily be up

 

every colts game goes the same way. The defense is good enough to keep them in the game, the offense is given ample opportunity to get the lead, and they can't do it.
