    well that's different because Favre wasn't as good as Rodgers is now - not even close.

    and Aaron Rodgers was a projected #1 pick who fell to 25 - Jordan Love was not even close to being that kind of prospect

    So...a post June 1 trade might actually work...Eagles would save a TON against the cap, team taking him on would get just a $15mil base salary, and none of Wentz's 2022 money guarantees until the 3rd day of the league year in 2022.

    If you're a team that believes Wentz is your guy...you basically get a whole season at Jacoby Brissett prices, and if it fails it fails. If it works, he's a 3yr/$83mil contract with no guaranteed money until the start of the league year each year.
