Who was the QB a year or two ago that got obliterated and visibly had a concussion and they just threw him back in there on the next play? Feel like it was either Miami or Houston.

 

Ive always felt the college targeting rule could be a little better (think NBA technical rule...you get 1 free pass, 2nd on a season you get suspended...versus automatic suspension). But yeah, the NFL absolutely should have reviews of it like the NCAA has.

Savage was the one I was thinking about. But I do remember watching the Matt Moore one as well.

 

The Savage one was definitely the most fucked. But there's been 2-3 in that same time frame that were real bad.
