The offsetting penalties is obviously not the biggest deal about this situation but it is a perfect example of why we should review the rules on offsetting penalties and fix them so shit like this can actually be punished properly outside of just fines/suspensions

It’s been a problem for a while in the competitive side but this is a good example of that AND more and I hope people get the message to change it (they won’t)
