It was probably talked about when he started for the Lions last year (or whenever it was) that in college he threw ONE touchdown and THIRTEEN interceptions over 3 years but that’s excluding his final year at the powerhouse that is Eastern Kentucky football where he threw 11 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in one season, bringing his collegiate career to a close with the final numbers of: 12 touchdowns 26 interceptions
He's been pretty awful. His speciality is supposedly offensive line and we have the worst OL in the NFL.
Seems like the hype around Breece, Wilson, and Sauce bought him time. I bet Aaron’s injury buys him another year too even though I think Aaron is going to be injured every year behind the o-line Joe Douglas puts out there
The Jets firing Hackett will complicate Aaron’s return (they should do it regardless). Rodgers loves him for whatever weird reason and Hackett was only brought in because of their connection. Will be interesting to see what happens in the offseason if/when they clean house
I honestly dont think the coaching staff is changing at all. Theyre gonna run it back for Rodgers. Highly doubt Rodgers would give the all clear to play what could be his final season of his career with a first time or new HC. You know he will be consulted about potential coaching changes.
