    This is right up there with how they are currently calling taunting...its a shift they made like 2-3 years ago where basically its impossible to get an onside kick or really have any team base their special teams around kick returns. They want to minimize the type of hits that Darnell Savage took Sunday night, so they create rules about overloading a side...part of which is having to balance players across the field.

    Honestly, this is bad coaching/bad player situational awareness cause the guy had no impact on the play AND the coach needs only tell the guy "make 100% sure you are outside the hash-mark" when they come back from the TV timeout
