I think they are required to after 4:25 if you arent in the market of that game. Otherwise they would be competing against Fox's exclusive late game coverage

Commentators said the hand was inside the face mask and that it's supposed to be a penalty? Wilson was asking the refs for it. I don't know the exact rule but if multiple parties were saying it should have been called there.....definitely was a minimal one though.
