I deleted my last post because I wasn't sure if you were being serious in this conversation or not, so I apologize for the oddity. Putting 8-9 in the box would basically mean your corners are out on their own out there with no safety help. There are times where you might wanna do that, like in short yardage or goal line situations, but it just seems like a recipe for disaster to do it more than a few times in a game. Looking at the Packers corners, you can't leave those guys on their own out there. Jaire Alexander flashed some promise last year as a rookie, but their CB room is still very much a liability. I don't think the Packers will be stacking the box against the run at all. I don't think they can afford to with the secondary they have.
I was mostly being hyperbolic with the 8-9 in the box. 7 for sure though, again, depending on how Trubs performs and how the offense lines up.
League needs / wants this to be close since it’s the opening game but this should be a double digit lead for GB by the 3rd at the latest imo
