Miami is favored by 1.5 in that game right now which is surprising to me granted in week 1, the line I believe started at -3 for Tennessee and then moved to -1 for Miami
When did Taylor Lewan get hurt in that game? I know Jack Conklin was out Week 1. On paper they are better than Detroit, but they were without both starting tackles in this one.
he got clocked by Andre Branch on the run back of Mariota's 1st INT believe it was right before the 1st weather delay, late in the 2nd Q
Marcus Mariota and fantasy football are the only two reasons I still watch the NFL I need my mans to get healthy and stay healthy cause I don't like fantasy that much haha. I still feel like he has enormous potential, his sophomore season and his playoff performance last year were outstanding, he just hasn't been healthy in two years and has played in a godawful offense. Was looking quite good until the weather delay on sunday, then the pretty suspect hit on him when he didn't have the ball caused the arm injury and he reportedly couldn't feel his throwing hand which I suspect lead to the interceptions. Hopefully he and Lewan are back quickly cause there's a lot of talent on this offense and I think they can rally back after what was just a horribly unlucky week 1
Pretty clearly didn't have the ball, whether or not its a penalty by the letter of the rule (I think it would be for a lot of QBs in the league) I think it was unnecessary but we can disagree on that one. The hit on Lewan however was outrageous and should have drawn an ejection, wild to me how dude didn't even get unnecessary roughness
It doesn’t matter if he didn’t have the football. It’s an option play and he is a threat as a runner. Blame Tennessee’s OC for putting him in a vulnerable spot. Don’t blame the defensive player for doing his job.
I am surprised they didn't call something against the d just because of all the new bad stuff they've put in for d to stop touching qbs
Sooo glad that Chip Kelly's plan to mortgage the house to get Mariota years ago fell through. Can safely say that we wouldn't be looking at the Eagles as SB champs if that was the case.
