I love seeing people getting annoyed with the Philly Philly stuff. Be annoyed with the Patriots for not being able to stop it the first time around.
It wasn't even the fact that it was the Philly Special play that was annoying. I just can't stand Collinsworth or Michaels deep throating one thing over and over and over and over again in general.
I have Fournette on my fantasy team and a friend wants to trade me Bell for him. Idk if I should or shouldn’t.
the Philly Philly play itself and the story is great / neat. but in a four-hour telecast you don't have to mention it at least two dozen times. and i have no issue with them running the play again in last night's game. it's a play that works, no reason to not use it, but again, we only need it mentioned so many times. and then this morning, i saw Sportscenter and Get Up lead off with, of all things, the Philly Philly play from last night that went for, what, 12 yards? not Ryan being a total clusterfuck of a QB TWICE in the red zone, not great defense by Darby, not Julio's big night, but the philly philly play as if that type of trick play has never been done before
Landry & Evans aren't even starters for them anyway. But being down Conklin is certainly significant.
